The TERRAGROUP Engineering Training Program prepares ship engineers to keep multicrew and capital vessels operational in demanding environments. Focused on system management, damage control, and real-time problem solving, engineers learn to manage power, heat, repairs, and onboard emergencies while supporting combat and long-duration operations.
Trainees work closely with flight crews and command staff to maintain peak ship performance, prevent critical failures, and ensure the vessel and everyone aboard can survive and succeed under pressure.
Completion of @Engineer ensures each operator can stabilize damaged systems, coordinate repairs, and keep the ship combat-effective.
